Who is MILICLAIRE suitable for?
MILICLAIRE is specifically formulated for dry, very dry, rough, flaky, sensitive and easily irritated skin, as well as anyone who experiences tightness or discomfort after cleansing — even when using a gentle cleanser. Due to its high natural oil content, it is not recommended for oily or congestion-prone skin.
Why should MILICLAIRE be applied to dry skin instead of wet skin?
MILICLAIRE is a milk-texture cleanser packed with 7 groups of essential skin actives. Applying it to dry skin allows key ingredients — including Ceramide, Hyaluron, Amino Acids and Pre+Pro Biotic — to absorb into the skin during the first 60 seconds before water dilutes the formula. This delivers significantly better results compared to applying it on wet skin.
Can MILICLAIRE remove makeup and sunscreen?
Yes. MILICLAIRE contains PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides and Squalane which effectively dissolve impurities, makeup and sunscreen without harsh scrubbing. However, for heavy-duty waterproof sunscreen or full-coverage foundation, we recommend using a Micellar Water or Cleansing Oil as the first step, followed by MILICLAIRE as the second cleanse for the cleanest and most nourishing result.
Is MILICLAIRE safe for sensitive skin and skin conditions?
MILICLAIRE is Clinically Tested by dermatologists and is free from 7 common irritants: Sulfate, SLS, Paraben, Silicone, Fragrance, Mineral Oil and Alcohol. Its Optimal pH formula closely matches the skin's natural pH, making it safe for generally sensitive and easily irritated skin. However, for those with chronic skin conditions such as Eczema or Psoriasis, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use.
When will I start seeing results from MILICLAIRE?

Does MILICLAIRE have a scent? Is it safe for those with fragrance allergies?
MILICLAIRE has a light, pleasant scent from 2 sources — a natural aroma from its 13 natural oils and a specially selected Allergen-free Fragrance that is completely free from all 26 common fragrance allergens as defined by EU Cosmetic Regulation standards. This makes it safe for sensitive and easily irritated skin, and is distinctly different from Synthetic Fragrance or Parfum which are the primary causes of fragrance allergies. However, if you have a history of severe fragrance sensitivity or known allergies to specific botanical extracts, we recommend patch testing on the inner arm before full use.
Can MILICLAIRE be rinsed off with water only? Do I need a facial cloth?
MILICLAIRE rinses off completely with water alone. The correct method is: dispense the milk cream onto your palm, gently warm the product by rubbing your palms together, then apply onto dry skin. If the texture feels too thick, add a small amount of water to ease spreading. Gently massage over the entire face for 60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. We do not recommend wiping off with a facial cloth as rubbing the skin can cause additional dryness and irritation, and may also remove the Active ingredients that have just been absorbed into the skin.
